Register
Create your workspace account and verify your email.
Sign up on the client portal with your business email.
Complete verification, then sign in to open the workspace dashboard.

Profile
Update workspace identity and add SMTP so campaigns can send mail.
Set workspace name, display name, and branding under My Profile .
Configure SMTP Settings : sender, host, port, security, username, and app password.
Send a test email before launching campaigns.

Create project
A project is your website or product line—connect the site, teach the AI, and define visitor intent scoring.
Create a project and add your website URL (store or landing domain).
LLM Content (AI knowledge)
Add prompts: business context, product/service details, brand voice, personas, FAQs.
Configure web crawl : start URL, max pages, include paths (e.g. /product), exclude paths (e.g. /cart).
Choose Manual , Crawl , or Both , then run Sync & Save .
Segment tracking (intent analysis)
In Campaigns → Intent Segment Inputs , load the project and set intent keywords, behavioral rules, and scoring.

Website AI
Add the public-site AI chat widget and automated email follow-up for engaged visitors.
Select your project in the Website AI workspace.
Set AI chat popup conditions (timing, triggers, Branch E–style rules).
Configure email follow-up prompts and conditions for captured leads.
Paste the embed snippet (data-ai-site-public-key + ai_site_embed.js) on every public page.

Web Reports
Analyse on-site behaviour after Website AI is live.
Review visitor journeys by intent and segment .
Read AI chat history and session transcripts.
Export lead capture data (name, email, phone) from chat.

Campaigns
Build email automation with AI templates, branches, and segment rules.
Select project and campaign; set duration and email templates.
Use AI-assisted content and engagement/popup branches where needed.
Add recipients and send the initial batch after SMTP is ready.

Reports
Measure campaign performance and recipient intent segments.
View opens, clicks, and engagement per campaign.
Review recipient-level intent and segment breakdowns.
Export when you need offline analysis.

Contacts
Maintain your address book before adding people to campaigns.
Add recipient emails manually or import CSV.
Organize contacts into groups (up to 200 per group) for bulk campaign adds.

Subscription
Choose a plan for projects, mail volume, AI usage, and popups.
Compare tiers and monthly usage limits.
Upgrade or manage billing to stay within quota.
