Popup lead capture
Choose which details to collect and in what order. The AI asks one field at a time, answers the visitor, lets them chat, then asks the next field in a separate message.
Mascot animation
After idle, the mascot patrols beside the chat. Focusing the input moves it to the top; visitor send and AI reply move it left or right. Does not change popup triggers or chat flow.
Option 1: When the visitor closes the popup, we ask if they want the chat summary emailed. We confirm their email or collect a new one, then AI sends one email with chat recap + behavior + follow-up CTA.
Option 2: If they go quiet for the idle period or leave the site (and we already have their email), AI sends a short re-engagement email. Uses LLM Content and optional hints below.
Optional. Enables Google One Tap so visitors signed into Chrome/Gmail are grouped in Web AI Reports → Account based. Create an OAuth Web client in Google Cloud Console and add your site origin.
